The First Responder Medical Bag 14L is a compact, purpose-built platform designed for rapid medical response and efficient organization in high-stress environments.
Its 14-liter main compartment is configured to hold either 3x Medium Box Organizer Pouches (Rip-Off) or 6x Small Box Organizer Pouches, enabling clear separation of treatment categories and immediate access when seconds matter. The interior is lined with Velcro® loop, allowing users to tailor the layout for CLS, first responder operations, or dedicated medical roles.
The front panel features two A5 document pockets sized for triage tags or casualty cards, along with a dedicated, retained medical shears sleeve and an attachment point for a self-retracting lanyard. Each front pocket integrates a 6×5 PALS matrix, supporting additional pouches such as the Universal Horizontal Pouch, Large.
Both sides of the bag are equipped with four 2×5 PALS matrices, allowing the mounting of universal or tourniquet pouches-supporting up to eight tourniquets for immediate access. Female side buckles enable secure integration with a larger pack. A 3×5 PALS matrix on the bottom panel provides mounting space for lightweight stretchers or supplemental equipment.
On the rear, a dedicated sleeve stores shoulder straps or safely carries up to three splints, keeping essential gear protected and unobtrusive. Internally, two side pockets offer quick-access storage for commonly used supplies, while a large flat pocket accommodates documents, dressings, or bulk medical items.
